Where is Justice?

Are we not ashamed to say that we live in a country where religion is seen above humanity, authority is seen above cruelty, money is seen above crime? Yes. It is. We must feel ashame, if we ever had the touch of humanity.

Other than being born as a girl, what is wrong with this 8 year old child? Not only this child, I am pointing to every girl in India who are facing these problems. These girls and their families are given the pain and suffer for no reason. The people who do all the cruelties are given the Compliments. This is the pity state of our country. Why is the Government seeing all these remain silent? While we, the people of country, arouse with all our anger, the person(s) who is(are) responsible for taking action remains silent as if nothing happened. Did they get any money from the culprits? Did they belong to same religion? Did they have any authority in their hand? Yes. It is of course because of one of the reasons.

While the head is cut in a movie for touching a girl, not even the hair is cut in India for brutally killing a girl. Only the hashtags contain the word ‘Justice’ in India. Every year a new hashtag stating ‘JusticeFor’ emerges. But no justice has ever been given to any victim that truly deserves for what she has underwent. And we people, keep sharing the posts and memes for some days and sometimes months. Then the Government comes with a master-plan diverting all of us completely to a new issue and totally forget this ‘JUSTICE’.   The ‘JUSTICE’ is gone. So do the victims. But their Families and loved ones, how could they even pass their life without their hearts? Yes, these girls are the heart of their parents, their loved ones, and their friends, like we all have.

What is the problem with these arrogant animals hunting for girls…?
It happens in temple, it happens in bus, it happens in house..It happens for 8 year old, it happens for 20 year old, and also for 70 year old..It happens for girl in skirt, girl in saree and also in burkha. So the problem is definitely not anything other than these cruel animals. They don’t see age, they don’t see religion, they don’t see caste, they don’t see the status, while they hunt. But after they quench their thirst, they use all these to escape from the case and continue doing.  And the government nods with them. Even we care only until the other issue comes. This must not happen anymore.

Death Sentence is not enough for these animals. They deserve much more. Laws must be made strict. We cannot remain silent. Just sharing the incident will not help. We have to think out of box to get a solution for this. We have to take our voice to the ones who are responsible for taking action against these culprits. More than a protest, a smart protest will help in solving these problems. Closing shops will only affect people and not Government. We must do something that affects the functioning of government. We must do something that stops the higher officials from doing their work. That will make them work for us. They are meant to protect us and not the culprits. For that we, need the help of people who are working under them doing small duties. If their Personal Assistants, Car Drivers, House servants protest and do not work until an action is taken against these culprits, there may be a change. Will they take care of all those works on their own? Even if they do, how long? May be a day or two…or maximum a week!!! After that! They will take action. We are in a situation where we have to fight for our justice and humanity. There is no other way other than fighting for our justice. Let us fight until Justice is got for every single girl in India who has faced these cruelties. Share your ideas in Comments.
